Hey all, Wanted to say Happy New Year and all that fun. This next year will have me delving more into Scappi as well as experimenting with 16th cent English recipes as well. Follow along (or not) as you like and see what I am up to. I will try to do at least 1 dish a month but can really make no promises. 2011 took it's toll on me and many others who are close to me. I am hoping that, that is all over and we can have some growth and prosperity in the new year!.
